NYI Named Most Reliable Hosting Company

The coveted title of "most reliable hosting company" has gone to data center provider NYI for July 2012. The award was distributed by Netcraft after the industry analysts reported the site as having "no failed requests" over the month.

Established in 1996, NYI has featured on Netcraft's list a number of times, and recently rose to third in its rankings before finally securing top spot in July.

Phillip Koblence, VP Operations at NYI, claimed that the rankings had always been "an important benchmark" and continued to highlight the reasons behind the company's pole position in the rankings.

"The chief value, both for us and anyone considering NYI as a vendor, is that Netcraft concentrates on service quality-a metric that demonstrates how NYI has long outshone bigger firms with its smarter and more cost-effective use of resources."

The award follows a hectic month in accomplishments for the Wall Street-based firm which also increased its customer base, adopted new transport capabilities and recently launched a new customer helpdesk system.
