Web Host and Domain Registrar AIT Announces New Dedicated Server Pricing Model

Web host and domain registrar Advanced Internet Technologies (AIT) has announced a new dedicated server pricing model which reduces server costs by 50-60% after six months. The company, which has headquarters in Fayetteville, North Carolina, has introduced new Model-T Dedicated Servers alongside a payment scheme which enables AIT customers to pay standard industry prices for a period of six months, and then transition to a monthly service which includes the promoted cost savings.

AIT, a privately-held company established in 1995 by veteran Clarence Briggs, caters for a range of customers including Fortune 500 businesses. The company manages a 93,000 square foot data center at its Fayetteville headquarters. Its introduction of new Model-T dedicated servers required, what the company describes, as the introduction of a “new web hosting paradigm” and revision of its entire production environment. The company has made a major investment in new provisioning procedures and customers can now customize their “Model T” Servers quickly, and immediately establish production environments.

“We are excited and want to get the word out,” said David Green, head of AIT’s marketing. “There is absolutely no reason why customers would go anywhere else when they look at our servers, network and technical specifications combined with the new pricing model and great customer service. By reducing the monthly bill by 50-60%, customers can save thousands. We have compared our configurations with some stop competitors, and with AIT, individuals and businesses can save anywhere from $3,000 to $12,000 or more over the course of two years by switching to AIT.”
