Zen Internet on Cloud Nine After Picking Up Best ISP at PC Pro Awards
 This years PC Pro awards have seen Zen Internet pick up Best ISP title for a ninth time as the UK internet service providers secured an overall score of 93% from users. Voting on categories such as reliability, value for money and speed, Zen Internet topped the tables for each of the criteria including an impressive 97% for customer support. The awards represent the results of the UK's largest independent survey of IT customer satisfaction and following the announcement of Zen Internet’s victory, PC Pro released a statement commending its achievement. It read: "Zen Internet has laid claim to the PC Pro broadband award for the past nine years, but the company certainly isn't resting on its laurels." Dubbed as the most comprehensive guide to customer support and product reliability in the UK and Europe, the awards also saw the UK provider secure a 98% rating for existing customers recommending the service to a friend.
