Watch out for these guys. Dishonest, and absolutely horrible support. Currently on hold trying get my supposedly included domain name renewed before it expires. 1 hour and counting on hold and still no answer.

Double-charged for 8 domains.Downtime.Blacklisted by Hotmail/MSN now.Horrible support.Rude,incompetent,slow.A complete nightmare.

Stay away - terrible billing, without letting you know, they ignore autobilling and send you to collection agency. Webmail doesn't work - drops emails.

I signed up for the service 2 weeks ago and nothing works. I can't point my mx record, becuase the panel doesn't work and tech support just gives me bs run around and says it's the registar?? tech support is useless!! DO NOT USE 1AND1 EVER!!!

Absolutely poor service and quality. I would not bother with these guys whatsoever. They could not even be bothered to reply to the correct email address. The servers were more down than up and the tech support would often take days. Go elsewhere

PATHETIC HOST. If you're looking to do anything serious, go elsewhere. Their servers can't run the simplest of web applications, and their support is JUST PLAIN BAD.

Cancellation involves a web interface that does not work. (it looks like it does though) You can't cancel by phone either. It took me almost 1 year to be officially cancelled. Don't use them, they will rip you off.

I have 2 root servers hosted with 1&1. My production server has been down for more than 24 hours and every call to tech support gets the same response: your issue has been escalated to our server department. And every tech has a strange accent...

This company sucks. I guess they had a problem charging my Visa for 1 month service so instead of contacting me they sent it to NCO Collection Agency wtf is that. Would never deal with these assholes again.

I truly love 1&1. The support is terrible, but other then that they are great. I've used 1000GB+ and they still host me.(not overselling)

This is the most awful, slimy, slippery internet host I have ever dealt with. Stay away from them...they will find a way to rip you off. Don't take my word...just search for reviews on Google or Yahoo. You'll find hundreds...99% terrible.

1and1 SUCKS, you may like the fact that they offer cheap prices. However keep in mind the tech support is from the Philippines, 99% they can't help you and hang up on you. Due to majority of offshore staff I've had nothing but nightmares!

I have 6 domains which 3 are fowarded to Sedo. Only once somebody told me that server was slow but everytime I'm checking no problems. Only google analytics are slowing page loads. Friend of mine has 1and1 and has no complains at all.

Appaling service, suspended account without warning, because I I allegedly didn't give them up to date card details, which I did. They didn't contact me at all to inform me of this, just suspended my account and sent the bailiffs round. Unbelievable.

Their customer support lies to their customers and they reboot your server without being requested to do so and without letting you know. Don't waist your money. Server is down for 2 hrs daily.

The greatest disappointment so far. The most unprofessional customer support. The customer service rep. actually asked me to e-mail them my logs for the previous eek so they could figure out what the problem was ))) 1.2 Gb through e-mail. Right? I'm done.

The price for the hosting is good, however their service is very, very bad. Ifo technical or billing problems, you'll probably be happy with them. If you ev you have ner need to contact them, 9 times out of 10, they won't even reply or if they do, they

Very bad support, they never actually repair anything or even look into it and support staff are foreign so they cant understand you anyway (thats if you eventually get through to them on the phone). Server speeds are slow. lots of customers complaining
