Liars ! These guys say that they have 24/7 chat support, but they do not. When challenged they refused to even apologise, but in 2 chat sessions just left me hanging in the end (See transcripts below). They also do not have a phone number, and refused

For 2 years was the most perfect hosting services I ever see Now my site is offline all the time ! and when its happens..its takes more then 48 hours to back online ! And when you decide to complain, you always receive the same standard reply !!
