Used to be a good company, but now has the worst support I have encountered. Reselleing for them for 7 years, they dropped all my sites for 20 hours when asked why We do not have access to that information DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOUR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE

What the heck, even their own home page is down! My web site is still up, but no one is answering tech emails, (they bounce), and I can't edit my own web page as the site times out.

Worst customer service ever, this company routninely changed things in their servers and never gave me a heads up. Terrible mistake to have your sites hosted by this company. Do not recommend them in the least.

We have been done for days becuase they moved the server, no notice, no email, no tech support.

Fair service until last night when with no notice they shut down the servers for a migration to a new platform. Not on a weekend! Not in the middle of the night! Not with any notice! My company was paralyzed today and they could care less. NEVER USE THEM!

Now, you want to know how I really feel? This has GOT to be the worst host ever. I have several clients who are on several different servers, but Apollo makes me pull my hair out EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE TO WORK WITH IT. Good reviews below are bogus.

Apollo Hosting, Inc. based in Austin, Texas is the worst web hosting co. imaginable. I posted earlier they accidently deleted our website, can't get it to function now, database lost, and no managers working to talk with, tech support little help. BAD CO!

The Live Chat Tech Support is awesome and the low cost and great service is why I have been their customer for over 2 years. Apollo's web hosting needs little web knowledge for upkeep. If I can maintain a website, anyone can! Thanks Apollo! Dawna Aver

Wholly unreliable. Constantly down with freezing, FTP fails, no good way to backup. They take forever to install updates (years behind on some.) Tech support is hit or miss. I would not recommend to anyone.

Don't Sign up with this Company, we took windows pro package, and from first day we couldn't log on to our control panel due to very low speed connection to their servers..What a waste of time!!!

We have been noticing more and more that our site is down or mail forwarding not working. The problem has become more and more frequent. Now more than 24 hours without any reply from customer service. Seriously evaluating a switch.

Dreadful service. Email service disappears for days, some email doesn't even arrive and some arrives a week late. Email i send arrive a week later and in the wrong order. I am based in the UK and there is never anyone on live chat even though they say it'

If you sign up with this company you deserve what you get. Server is down 4 days. Susan, shard@apollohosting.com ignores you, Bret hangs up on you and they just laugh at you. Don't let this happen to you.

I've been using them for a while now and I can't wait to switch out. Right now (Nov 4th) my website and email are both down. Apollohosting.com is down and when you call them it says that all of the lines are busy. Did they go down for good? Don't use

I have been with Apollo since 2002. Over the last year, my site has been down constantly. Technical support not available - one hour plus wait to reach someone, and then they can't help. Moving my site on Monday. Horrible customer service and downtime.
