PJ   ( May 04, 2012 ) They have budget VPS but too cheap means almost no technical support. They won't event reply to tickets if it is not urgent. Just makes your blood boils.

manu   ( June 07, 2007 ) well what say....live support rarelly online maybe 2 hours day and when online not available or to busy....phone same rarelly they answer and all the convo i had with them didn't be helpfully...the badwith on dedicated servers is bad max 3 mbit

Adam Hamilton   ( March 08, 2007 ) They don't keep backups, have lost entire site's data, down for as long as 4+ days at a time, tech support often doesn't respond at all. Avoid at all costs.

Matthew   ( July 31, 2006 ) You get what you pay for. Really cheap servers, but the network is always down now and the people in their tech support can't pick up a phone or answer an email to save their lives.
