The best hosting provider you can get. The great service and help they provided me was 10 fold of my old hosting provider. The price was great. They took the time to assist me until my issues were resolved. They were very knowledgable and eager to help.

I cannot use their support page because they never recognize my passwords etc. which they gave me. it is frustrating to use their support site.

done a backup since 6 weeks ago, meaning the sites that weren't corrupt were over 6 weeks old. Not surprisingly, it's taking them an average of 3 days to respond to support inquiries. And the sites I did host with them were SLOW

I'm amazed at the consistently high level of service from eboundhost.com. It's really nice in this day and age of outsourced non-human customer service to get quick responses from real people!

I like ebound hosting, i now know i can thrust them. i live in holland (a very small european country) and for me it was a small gambel to transfer the money. but the hosting and service is great, perfect ebound keep up the good work

Never a problem. My sites always work and the service I need is there. Only a couple of things remains on my wish list: more detailed monthly web stats (AW Stats or Urchin) and add-on scripts (similar to CPanel and Fantastico). That would be great!
