I have had a shared account with Gigapros for over 6 months and had no real problems. It's good cheap hosting. They will help you with anything be it Scripts, Billing, or the server itself. Many thanks to my friend who suggested me this web host. |

Having come from a really crap host to Gigapros, the support is great, the load speed is great and the uptime is also good... they have a 99.9% uptime guarantee! I especially love their support. Amazing Web-host!!!!!! |

It happened so that I had really bad experience with my previous host and decided to choose gigapros services and transfer all my files to them. I have been with Giga Pros for about 7 months and have to say thier reliability is great.. worth the price! |

I have only had good experiences with Giga pros web host! The customer service has been extremely quick, efficient and friendly. Support it is the best. It also has nice pricing.. Servers are stable, speed connectivity is fast. |

Before finding Gigapros, I had no idea that 'customer service' existed in a web hosting company. I was used to 3-5 day turn around for even the most simple of questions with previous hosts. It is definitely my top choice. There is no other! |

Webhosting service in Europe and especially in Italy is very expensive one. Gigapros as US based web host is cheap enough for me and it does have a lot of useful features. On my end I experience very good connection speed and uptime. |

I switched from shared to VPS hosting and Giga pros support was really helpful.. They done it for Free and I am glad. Now I have so many privileges on VPS account. And the uptime has been perfect. |
