The support help is so fast.
They're amazing, Koddos.net support help is so fast and they always find a way to fix it. Even if you are a novice when it comes to maintaining a website, this will not hinder you from being hands on with your own website. I was even able to generate more income because of the free useful tools that they offer. Recommended.

truly excellent
I didn’t have much time over the weekend to get our site up again, but thankfully I managed to find Koddos.net offshore vps hosting provider. I made sure the site migration was possible, thanks to their support (I emailed… got a fast response). The service we have received with our new website and our initial hosting services has been truly excellent, great communication throughout and very professional end result. I am really impressed by Koddos.net web host and its feature-rich web hosting solutions. You get so much for your money and I've had nothing but excellent experiences with customer support. As for uptime, I've never experienced any major downtime apart from when I started - I would have 5-10 minutes of downtime but these days, it's near 99.9%. I heartily recommend this host for anyone in need of quality business class hosting.

It is really quite excellent.
I've been using VPS hosting for some years now but lately found my sites were getting more and more sluggish, so I started looking around for a new host. I decided to give Koddos a try and chose their VPS hosting services as I found some nice customer hosting reviews about them. It is really quite excellent, and offers excellent value for relatively low cost. I've only needed about 4 tickets and everything has been minor and resolved very quickly. I can't praise them highly enough.

When i made my order, it was manually approved for security. I am happy running my site with Koddos offshore dedicated hosting provider - recommend them to others. So i called tech support (only web host i have found with actual Skype support) and he looked into it for me, and asked me to wait a few minutes. There was one sales rep in that day, and he contacted him and within a few minutes my order was approved, and my site was up and running!

Good speed connection!
If there are any other problem, they will connect to the client machine through logmein account and they will fix it. So I'm still very happy with Koddos.net dedicated hosting in Netherlands. Well done guys.

Pricing for Hong Kong dedicated server hosting service is very reasonable and I've never had a service interuption. Koddos.net has never failed to deliver, tech support fix my issue within 45 minutes! My verdict: professional host with nice prices!

Very good offshore VPS!
I had to contact support in the process of moving, and they got back to me within minutes especially at 1 am at night and 8am the next morning on a Sunday! All sorted within minutes too. That's service. I am very happy I moved, especially with the level of support I have received, and will recommend Koddos offshore VPS from now on!

The server response time is very good
Pricing is a bit higher than some of the cheaper sites, but i'd definitely consider it well priced for what your getting. One of my friends recommended me to get Hong Kong Offshore VPS hosting plan from Koddos as my project was growing and I needed more amount of space & bandwidth. I decided to read some reviews about them and recognized that they did their job qualified. Must say that everything works like a clock. My websites are always online and my visitors & I are happy with the speed connectivity.

Tickets are usually answered with 10 minutes
I'm extremely happy with Koddos and will continue to have them host our site. After I signed up and registered my site and domain, there was immediately a billing issue for the domain name. I've had outages, but nothing too long. Everything is very easy to use and they give you many resources for the small price they charge.
