IWith Vortech for about 9 years now and they have gone downhill FAST! Tech support it slow and staff are answering questions remotely and unable to make some changes without being on site. Spent 2 weeks without access to sites! Looking for new host now

I work at an ISP and we use Vortech for our higher end hosting. We almost NEVER have problems with it. 99% of problems are client error. As for the last 1%, Vortech is extremely fast to fix any issues going on, and is always responsive on the support end.

Not Recommended, Billing, Overcharging, Not Refunding Credits, Making it impossible to Cancel, Held Hostage, Beware before you host with them, sleeping with the enemy is VORTECH Hosting.

Honestly, started ok for first few years, then downhill, server problems, support not answering or helping then billing overcharging me $531.25 when I should have paid $45 for morphus plan. I am now searching for another hosting company.

Really BAD Experience with Vortech, BILLED MY CREDIT CARD TO THE MAX and would not return my money! They have no support, servers always down and SO MANY BILLING PROBLEMS GIVING ME TOO MUCH STRESS. Need a New Host. Stay Away. Hope this helps someone!

BEWARE, READ THE FINE PRINT on the TERMS OF SERVICE !!!! I paid $35 per month and then they hit me with a $300 fee. They INVADE YOUR PRIVACY and IF THEY SEE YOU ARE DOING WELL, THEY BILL YOU WITH $300 bogus charges or will cancel your accounts!! BEWARE!

Vortech was recently hacked. Not only did they not tell anyone, they charged me $2000 more than usual, then refused to return my call for three weeks.

I had been with Vortech since 2002. I watched the support and overall performnce deteriorate over the years. They do not answer their phones in ALL departments ever!! Stay away...bad news!!!

Vortech hosted several of my sites for almost 2 years. Their tech support was extremely poor, often unwilling to do anything to help troubleshoot problems. They were pretty uncooperative and the main reason I decided to move my sites.

Email is not always reliable. Have had server problems but usually customer service is prompt via support tickets.

Simply the best company I have found. The technicians there tell you the truth if something is going wrong and they know how to fix any problems. Ticketing support is very good also.

All I can say about Vortech is superb downtime is almost non -existant and I've been with them for well over a year. There servers can handle more then you can throw at them and if it gets slow they add even more. You get what you pay for. Worth every $

Excellent is the only word that could event come close to describing the amazing service and quality that Vortech Hosting provides. I've been a client for almost 2 years and have not had a single issue. Two thumbs up!!!!!
