I am with WHB for about 6 months for now and I think I will be with them until the end of this year and the next next year if there is nothing wrong on my side. No needed to call support team as the server is running smooth.

Only with 1 month track record it is hard to say about anything else than customer service and technical support. Those have been excellent but I would like to see more helpful documentation and services using standard ports. (E.g. webmail)

This company has had really really bad reliability. I have had weeks when my website went down each day, I tell support and look at the network status and they say there is nothing wrong. I have recommend people to this server at the beginning but no

fast, value, good support (not as fast as I would like but they solve all your problems and offer help). I had billing problems because there is no billing panel on WHB site (or if there is any I do not know about it). I recommend them.

Really great host. The most important for me was SSH access even for the shared hosting. And the only thing that is missing is faster support. but for 36 dolars per year ... really this is even too much...

I couldnt believe my eyes that there could be unlimited hosting on this company. I truly expected to claim my 100% money back refund due to poor performance. However, I am wrong. This is the best value for money hosting provider
