It took me years to find a reliable web host company and this oen surpasses them all. My sites were down only 2 times last year. Techsupport responds promptly and takes care of issues.

I am longtime webintellects customer. Periodic email outages. Usually, support has been quick. BUT today, my site and email are down, no response via online support, and no answer on 800 number. If I lose a sale today, will switch providers.

Customer for 6 years - Wonderful service that deteriorated over the years until one day they left me with no email for a week, then ignored me for a week while I asked for an explanation. Providers that have better value do exist.

Clueless technical support. Horrible customer support. Plenty of occasions when our web site and email was down for several ours. Very slow server. We are shopping for another provider.
