I originally wanted a reliable hosting provider in Canada that would keep my data on Canadian servers, but I've stayed because the performance has been solid and their technical support is exceptionally responsive and knowledgeable. I've used them for WordPress hosting, .ca domain names and eventually moved up to a VPS. Everything has been straightforward to manage with clear pricing and no unexpected renewal increases. Support tickets are answered quickly by people who actually understand hosting, DNS and server issues rather than just sending canned responses.
