My Rock Music site has been up for approx 6 months now. As this was the first time I had ever approached a web hosting site, and had not gone with a recommended site from a computer knowledgeable friend. I use Cloudarion Joomla hosting plan and host 2 sites on it. They called me immediately to verify my order, and when I had some basic unresolved problems, they investigated and got back to me in a few days. Uptime on the hosting has been flawless, as far as I know.
