The best THC products

What a waste, save the time and money and go elsewhere. I opened a chat with a sales guy and asked every question known. However when it came time to transfer the domains, cpanel account. and databases they immediatly said they don't do it .

I don't get the good reviews - hosting sucks, billing sucks, customer support sucks. Other sites had HG rated low, but took a chance based on reviews here and found out the hard way, the other review sites were right. I should have known better.

Had nothing but problems with this company. Switched to a new provider who guarantees 100% uptime on their servers, has both hosting and reseller hosting packages available. Definitely check them out. www.eliteitllc.com/clients for their hosting services

WOW! After using A-Plus, Hostgator is a breath of fresh air! Systems are speedy, no downtime yet, very happy customer. Just moved my last customer off A+ onto Hostgator. I love this company, good value for the $$ and fast support response times.

They service ALOT of websites so it speaks highly of them they have a high approval rating in most review sites. I been happy with them over a year. Fast reply from support. I hope they address their infamous habit of not prewarning high-bandwidth users.

I've been with hostgator for more than 3 years now and I'm very satisfied, they are very rarely down and their support is satisfactory - whenever I needed help I've always found them.

Great customer suppor US based lot of scripts for most of the needs don't re-invent the wheel run away from yahoo as soon as you can

I used hostgator for 6 months but now i am moving all my sites out. The main complaint i have is that one of their shared servers has a problem with POP/SMTP handling. In only handles mail correctly 10% of the time. Tech people were not helpful at all.

Support exists, but doesn't work properly. The reply time is very slow. Server is too unstable, I could not send or receive e-mails.

ThePlanet is a serious hosting company, but expensive. As a result, HostGator's revenue margins are razor thin. If your hosting simple HTML pages, they're good. But if you have a web app. that starts using resorces they will terminate your account.

Initially everything was great. Then when I tried installing scripts I kept getting the same errors. Not a single tech support could figure out the probelm. When I cancelled I explained the problem and asked for an answer. Got none. Do not recommend.

very poor. my sites have been cancelled without notice my 'cpu' usage was too high,then tried to sell a higher priced package. ive been called a liar by the company owner. the tech support is poor.
